Shipping Questions

I entered the wrong shipping address-how can i fix it?
All address can be changed before it is shipped. Send your updated shipping address to info@peacockmarkets.com and we will take care of the rest. We normally send our response regarding your request to your email address within 24 business hours.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Peacock Markets offer Free Shipping to Customers in the Federal Capital territory, Abuja

Payment Questions

The payments cannot go through. What reasons may be?
According to our experience, possible reasons for the failure of the payment might be:
  • (1) Incorrect or incomplete Card/Account information
  • (2) Inadequate credit or account balance
  • (3) Your card is not set up for online transaction
  • (4) Authorised or default online transaction limit is to low
  • (5) Technical problems with the payment system.
We suggest you:
  • (1) Double check your Card/Account information to make sure it correct.
  • (2) Use a different Card or payment method.
  • (3) Contact your bank to enable related functions (e.g Online payment) or get more details.
If it is not working, here are two other ways you can try. Firstly, please try it again later using another internet browser. If it does not work you may DELETE COOKIES to refresh your computer. But you need to log in again on our website if you choose this way. If all the above suggestions cannot help you solve the problem, please email us via info@peacockmarkets.com providing the error message on our website when you failed to finish the payment, we can make further investigation of that then.  
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit cards via Flutterwave and Paystack. We are into adding more payment options later on for your convenience. Please be assured that we do not collect nor save your debit/credit number or personal information when you make payment.

How can i cancel my order?

I didn’t get any order confirmation after i made an order. What should i do?
Please contact our Customer Care Team on +234-814-803-1786 or info@peacockmarkets.com so that we can resolve the issue.
How can i check my order status?
You can check your order information in "My Account". Login into My Account and click on ORDERS, the order status would be displayed here.
How do i know my order has been confirmed?
We will send you an email once your order has been confirmed.

Returns & Refunds Questions

How do i get a refund if i am not happy with my order?
  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a refund.
  • Once the returned merchandise is received, your money will be refunded back to you.
  • Refunds does not include shipping cost unless the item(s) are damaged or incorrect.
  • If the item(s) are damaged  or incorrect, you can get a full refund.

Are products on Peacock Markets original?
We do our due diligence in ensuring that our sellers offer only original and genuine products. Sellers who offer non-genuine products are immediately delisted from Peacock Markets. Please send us an email to info@peacockmarkets.com if you think a seller does not meet these standards.
